1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the A.Insiders website and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services operated by A.Insiders Network ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

A.Insiders provides a collection of web-based tools and utilities designed for privacy, security, and productivity purposes. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Encoding and decoding tools (Morse Code, Binary, Base64, etc.)
• File conversion utilities
• Password generation and security tools
• Video download and conversion tools
• Identity generation tools (for educational/testing purposes)
• Text analysis and counting tools
• Metadata removal and manipulation tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is truthful and accurate
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings. When you delete your account:

• Your profile data (username, name, bio, avatar) will be deleted
• Your tool usage records will be deleted
• Your authentication credentials will be removed
• Comments you posted (if not anonymous) may be deleted or anonymized
• Comments posted anonymously cannot be deleted after posting

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use our Services for:

• Testing and development activities
• Privacy and security enhancement

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Use our tools to violate the privacy or rights of others
• Use our video download tools to download copyrighted content without authorization
• Use our identity generator for fraudulent purposes or identity theft
• Post spam, duplicate comments, or engage in comment manipulation
• Attempt to circumvent Row Level Security (RLS) policies or access other users' data

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by A.Insiders Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services (such as comments and ratings). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

Public Visibility: Comments and ratings you submit are publicly visible to all users of our Services. If you post a comment anonymously, your username will not be displayed, but the comment content remains publicly visible. Anonymous comments cannot be edited or deleted after posting.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

5.3 Third-Party Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by A.Insiders. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

• The Services will be available at all times or uninterrupted
• The Services will be error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
• Any defects will be corrected
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable

6.2 Tool Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable tools, we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy of encoding/decoding operations
• The completeness of file conversions
• The security of generated passwords
• The accuracy of metadata removal or modification
• The availability or quality of video downloads

You are responsible for verifying the results of any tool before relying on them for important purposes.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.Insiders Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services

6.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A.Insiders Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review these policies to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information:

9. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: For database and authentication services
• Have I Been Pwned: For password security checking
• Video Download APIs: For video information and download functionality
• Tawk.to: For live chat support

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through your profile settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to first contact us at support@ainsidersnetwork.com to attempt to resolve the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and A.Insiders Network regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
